By creating an account or using Karta in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Karta constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To use Karta, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

When you create an account with Karta:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access your account.

You agree to use Karta only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from Karta without our express permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Regarding content on Karta:

• Your content - You retain ownership of the content you post, including your profile information, resume, and messages. By posting content, you grant Karta a license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to provide our services.
• Our content - The Karta platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Karta Works LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• Others' content - Respect the intellectual property rights of other users and third parties. Do not use others' content without their permission.

For premium features and subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@karta.works for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the platform, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use Karta ends immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please be aware of the following:

• Karta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users.
• We are not responsible for employment decisions made by employers or candidates.
• We do not guarantee that you will find employment or hire candidates through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karta Works LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Karta.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Karta shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
